How you will make an impact

As the Business Manager for SAP PM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of the SAP PM module across Arla's business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at production sites and in the headquarter, including maintenance, operations, finance, and procurement, to identify and address business needs, optimize processes, and enhance system functionality.

You can look forward to the following responsibilities, among other:

Serve as the business expert for SAP PM, providing guidance and support to end-users and key stakeholders

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency

Drive the project of rolling out of SAP PM on sites, aligning ways of working and enhancements within maintenance

Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure end-users have a clear understanding of SAP PM and its functionalities

Act as a link between business functions, production sites and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

You will be based in our headquarter in Aarhus, but as this role is supporting our sites across the business, you can expect to spend a large part of your work time at the sites across DK, SE, FI, UK, GE and NL – you should expect to have minimum 50 days of travel per year.

Extensive functional experience with working with SAP PM - perhaps even worked with SAP MM.

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes & operations

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from shopfloor to management level

Some experience within project management and ability to prioritize the roadmap for SAP PM

You are passionate and proactive about leveraging technology to optimize business processes

As English is our business language, you will need to be fluent in English
