Your tasks:
You will play a proactive role in building our new team and organising the HR department and be responsible for recruitment You will be responsible for the entire administrative support of employees from joining to leaving, e.g. contracts, time recording (Atoss), labour law, etc. and organise the HR office You will take care of the preparatory payroll accounting for the external payroll office You advise and support our specialists and managers in all HR-related matters and are the point of contact for our employees You are a reliable point of contact for authorities, social insurance providers, pension funds and other external contacts You organise and document employee training courses You prepare reports and personnel statistics You will work closely with the park manager and other internal contacts
Your experience:
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources First experience in employee management desirable Good knowledge of Danish labour, social security and payroll tax law Very good written and spoken Danish Good knowledge of German and/or English Structured way of working, strong communication skills, assertiveness and a positive attitude Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for helping to shape the new development of the park Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes, especially Excel Experience in recruitment, ideally also abroad Ideally knowledge of the Atoss time recording system "To make the text easier to read, we use male designations throughout the text.
