IT Security Officer (m/f/d)

We are lookingfor a full-time IT Security Officer (m/f/d) for our Innovation,Technology & Operations department in the IT &Digital division at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

• Ensure thatall IT & Digitales assets, information, data, etc. areprotected at all times with regard to their confidentiality,integrity and availability
• Continuousfurther development and implementation of measures to secure andincrease IT security
• Conducting regularinternal audits to review implemented security measures
• Carrying out "IT security checks" for newly developedproducts and solutions
• Carrying out riskanalyses to identify IT security risks
• Detecting, analyzing and defending against attacks and minimizingpotential damage
• Creating an emergencypreparedness concept for IT security guidelines and ensuringcompliance with the guidelines throughout the division (includingwith external service providers)
• Trainingand educating colleagues
• Developingorganizational measures and following them up (e.g. passwordguidelines)
• Advising all stakeholders on ITsecurity issues
• Documenting and maintainingan IT security policy
• Preparing andproviding IT security reports
• CoordinatingIT security objectives with corporate objectives with regard to theuse of IT solutions

Your profile

• Sound knowledge and/or severalyears of experience in the field of data protection and IT security
• Sound knowledge of IT security technologiesand procedures
• Sound knowledge of commonsecurity standards (e.g. BSI basic protection, ISO 27001 etc.)
• Good general knowledge of network andapplication strengths and weaknesses
• Ideallyknowledge of information security management systems (ISMS),security information and event management systems (SIEM) andidentity access management (IAM)
• Very goodwritten and spoken German and English skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Pragmatic implementation strength and hands-on mentality
• Very good analytical and conceptual skillsas well as problem-solving skills
• Highdegree of persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Structured, independent and proactive way of working and strongproblem-solving skills
• Ability to work in ateam, commitment and helpfulness
