Leader of Team to Special Risk Operations, Financial Crime Prevention Know Your Customer in Odense

Special Risk Operations is a part of Financial Crime Prevention Know Your Customer in Danske Bank. The area is responsible for some of the most complex tasks within the KYC/AML area and handles tasks such as Post SAR activities, investigations & reviews as well as onboarding and ongoing due diligence for customers with increased risks. We are +80 colleagues in 5 teams located in Denmark and for the team in Odense we are looking for a new Leader.

Your responsibilities

The team in Odense is centrally located and contains of 16 highly skilled employees. As their leader, you will have the responsibility for ensuring highly engaged and motivated employees, that the productivity and quality is in line with the expectations as well the ability to continuously develop employees, peers and the area with focus on customer experiences, processes and continuous improvements.
