Marketing Performance Manager

We are recruiting a Performance manager who will be a key player in optimizing our marketing efforts by identifying growth opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on analysing data, creating actionable recommendations, and designing initiatives that will create as much business impact as possible by maximizing traffic, customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

In this position you will develop in-depth analyses of growth opportunities and market insights to aid decision making across Flying Tiger Copenhagen in support of our strategic objectives.

You will maintain strong relationships with members of the marketing, commercial, retail teams, and our local markets. You will be comfortable sharing customer insights with the Executive Management as well as globally across Flying Tiger Copenhagen, to facilitate understanding and optimization of our products and services. 

You will be referring directly to the Head of Marketing Performance & Growth.

This is the job 

• Develop in-depth analyses of growth opportunities based on a variety of data incl. traffic patterns, channel and content performance, brand health, competitor landscape, sales, etc.
• Create actionable recommendations based on these analyses and communicate them to the Customer & Digital leadership team in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
• Design growth initiatives and take a lead role in implementing these in close collaboration with the other marketing teams.
• Accelerate data-driven decision making in the company by working structurally with the data and insights available and inspire others on how to make data actionable.
• Lead the campaign planning including close collaboration with the Campaign and POS specialist as well as the Photo Specialist and Creative content-team.

This is you 

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science or another field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with analysis, strategy development, and project management. A background in management or media consulting is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills and experiencing with translating data into recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to structurally develop, implement, and follow up on comprehensive initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Experience with presenting to senior leadership teams is a plus.
• Great stakeholder engagement and people skills, and experience with collaborating across many different business functions.
• Familiarity with business, marketing, and growth strategies is a plus.
• Structured approach with the ability to work with and prioritize between several tasks at the same time and still comply with short deadlines.
• A proactive and independent team player, who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and countries.
