Job Description
As the OCM Lead for the change project, you will be the main driver in executing global change management and communication based on existing pre-analysis and plans. You have a strong understanding of change management methodologies, and you thrive in independent planning and analysis as well as collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Implement ready-made change management and communication strategies to support the adoption of the change.
Drive the creation, roll-out and measurement of global communication to senior stakeholders as well as line of business.
Lead and facilitate change and resistance management activities.
Prepare and lead the project Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the global roll-out and change management activities.
Must-have competencies:
Communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational change management.
Experience from pharmaceutical industries
Qualifications and prerequisites:
Proven experience in organisational change management and communication
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (certifications are a plus)
Start : 10th of June
Duration : Rest of the year
Allocation : Fulltime, time & material
