FLSmidth is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product Owner for the Install Base solution. This role will be instrumental in mapping, analyzing, and how weutilize the information about our machinery installed at customer sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, furnishing our organization with data-driven insights, and driving revenue growth through adept relationship management and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the product development lifecycle for the Install Base solution, from conception to delivery and beyond. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product roadmaps. Develop a deep understanding of our machinery installed base. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including headquarters and regional offices, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the Install Base solution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the Install Base solution and identify areas for optimization. Qualifications:
Relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree A coupleyears of experience in project management or product management, preferably in a similar sector. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Familiarity with install base management systems or related technologies is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. What we offer
