Project Manager

As Project Manager at Liftra, you will lead dedicated teams to deliver state-of-the-art lifting and transportation solutions for the wind turbine industry. You will be part of the project management office that covers management of all processes from design to commissioning, which is why a strong technical foundation is required.

About the job

You will be the main driver behind projects through multiple phases such as engineering design, production, procurement, assembly, acceptance testing, and final deployment on-site with the clients. It is your responsibility to execute and optimize your own projects with respect to quality, time, cost, and customer satisfaction.

You will be in the front line both internal and external, which means you need to be outgoing and open-minded.

Your primary assignments:

• Prepare and maintain global project plans and related risks
• Predict resource requirements and control budgets
• Manage project allocated resources
• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings
• Continuously report progression and/or obstacles to stakeholders
• Contribute to the further development of the project processes

About you

You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks. You build relationships with trust and follow-through on tasks by taking ownership.

You have a technical background as an engineer or have acquired knowledge at an equivalent level.

Qualifications and attributes of the ideal candidate:

• Self-starting and structured to successfully manage own project portfolio
• 3+ years of experience from a similar position (preferably from the wind industry)
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand their needs
• Willing to travel all over the globe as required by the projects
• Flexible and agile since these are keywords of the Liftra culture
• A colleague who takes responsibility and expects the same from us
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

The position is full-time, with flexible hours, at our headquarters in Aalborg. Travel in relation to project execution must be expected.
