Recruitment Partner - Maternity cover
Your challenges
Joining our Global Talent Acquisition team, this opportunity as Recruitment Partner will be supporting the Northern Europe region and support the hiring at our headquarter, Hørsholm.
This is a hybrid maternity cover position and we are looking for a colleague to join us for 18 months (there is a potential for extension).
You will be collaborating closely with your colleagues in Denmark and with the Global TA team, which is made up of 20 experienced colleagues that are enthusiastic about attracting and retaining great talent into the organization.
As Recruitment Partner, you will use your direct sourcing, recruitment and consulting skills, and your insights to continuously support and consult management in pursuit of getting the right talent onboard. Combining your TA background with in-depth business knowledge, you will work with sourcing strategies, creating fact-based and value adding business insight, and recommendations for the region. Here you will get the chance to directly impact the performance of the company by providing to ensure we get the right talent into the business, and into the right roles at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of business practices, needs and workforce plans.
Partnering with hiring managers and HR on putting in place robust recruitment plans.
Direct sourcing/head hunting of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Attraction and pre-selection.
Assessment and psychometric testing feedback.
Ensuring best in class attraction and candidate experience as well as advising the business on best practice.
Maintaining stakeholder relationships, to include; line managers, HR and department heads.
Generation of timely and accurate market intelligence.
Support local employer branding activities.
Your qualifications
We expect that you have:
Solid experience attracting and headhunting key talent.
Experience with active sourcing for specialist roles.
The ability to build talent pools of passive candidates for business-critical roles.
Experience working for a global organization.
Solid, proven stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication, presentation and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
Fluency in Danish is advantageous.
A degree in a relevant field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Psychometric testing is advantageous.
