The opportunity and what we offer

Embarking on an exciting scaling journey with significant momentum across Europe, our team, currently comprising 5 members in Aarhus, is in search of an innovative Polish Country Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll not only have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge but also lead a remarkable and expedited expansion, establishing a prominent leadership position within the growing Polish market.

Responsibilities

You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.

  • Managing a team of AEs and Partner Managers in our Aarhus location and being responsible for all commercial activities in the Polish market.
  • Be hands-on, building and supporting our partner network.
  • Closely collaborate with our head of sales devolepment and the Polish SDR team which will support you in getting meetings
  • Hands-on support and sparring of the business development, partner and sales team.
  • Managing Poland’s inbound channels, and be in close communication with the Marketing team to ensure the right approach in the market
  • Improving and scaling sales operations in Poland
  • And many more… you will be very entrepreneurial in this role

Qualifications and about you

  • Strong experience of 3-4+ years with sales and sales leadership in a SaaS company.
  • Have experience with enterprise and/or sales through large partners and you know how to build partnerships with top-tier lawyers, accountants and DPOs
  • You thrive in a high-performance environment and are committed to hitting your personal and company goals.
  • You are a role model, showing and doing yourself, and leading by example are crucial to succeed in the role.
  • Professional fluency in English and native Polish
  • You can work in the HQ office in Aarhus

Recruitment Process

  • 60 minutes online interview with our CRO, Christoffer
  • 60 minutters online with Jakob, Christoffer and Kristoffer listening in.
  • First mind feedback session 60 min
  • Case preparation for last interview (homework)
  • Onsite visit in Aarhus, Denmark
  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with hiring manager, CRO and CEO
  • Meet Alvaro and the current polish team for cultural interview
