Portfolio Analysis consists of seven teams (of 5-8 software engineers)across several geographical locations and we are now looking for an Engineering Manager for 1-2 teams in Copenhagen.
What you will be responsible for:
Manager for1-2 teams of Software Engineers within Portfolio Analysis, with responsibility for staffing and developing your teams
Working closely with Product Management to understand and refine the customer outcomes that you and your teams are responsible for delivering
Leading the day-to-day work for the scrum teams and have responsibility for both the short-term business deliverables in the sprint and the long-term improvements
Collaborating with other engineering leaders on improvementswithin the product area, for examplein product quality, security, delivery, system performance, etc.
Providing input to the strategic direction of the product area
As an Engineering Manager, you will be a part of a team of 3-4 Engineering Managers and report to the Director of Engineering.
