This is the position
The Vice President of Customer and Global Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing Flying Tiger Copenhagen's Marketing Strategy, steering a team responsible for generating incremental and exponential results through generating traffic, increasing brand awareness, customer base, and customer life-time value as well as fostering a customercentric culture. This newly created role will be responsible for spearheading the transformation of the marketing department into a results-driven powerhouse, focusing on boosting traffic and transactions to fuel business growth and revenue generation, while simultaneously capitalising on our valuable customer base asset to deliver personalised experiences and foster customer engagement. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, market research, marketing strategy, and data science, combined with exceptional leadership, communication skills, and senior stakeholder managemen
Overall Goals
The objective is to transition the Marketing Department into an investment business unit, prioritizing critical outcomes such as reach, awareness, traffic, and transactions. The focus includes improving brand awareness, driving omnichannel traffic and top-line growth, optimizing marketing return on investment, and nurturing a customer-centric culture. Additionally, there is a plan to establish a Marketing Automation Engine to elevate customer engagement through personalized experiences with the aim of increasing customer lifetime value. To achieve these goals, leadership will involve guiding, inspiring, and developing a team of around 20 HQ marketing professionals, which includes 4 direct reports, as well as managing 6-8 Local Marketing Offices. The overarching approach is to foster an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment within the team.
