Holdbar

Holdbar was founded by two experienced tourism and hospitality tech entrepreneurs. Version 1 of Holdbar was ready in May 2023, and we have since gained a lot of traction, which has further fueled our ambition and confidence in the huge market opportunity that we are tapping into with Holdbar.

Our vision is to empower the experience creators (and companies) of the future with a simple, yet extremely powerful, software solution. A solution that helps their customers set the foundation for a lot of growth and happy guests.

About the job

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in a startup company, where we show good traction and expect to grow rapidly. You will take on the responsibility of building a world class sales team and lead the way with sales excellence. In the first phase, you and your team will focus on the Nordics and at a later stage you will play an important role in expanding into other markets. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing a scalable sales engine focusing on:

  • Developing and implementing a sales plan and playbook to achieve revenue targets
  • Operational sales management
  • Developing and iterating on the ICP
  • Leading and managing a small high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives
  • Building strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies
  • Gain market insights and adapt sales approach

In the first phase, we expect you to lead a team of 4-6 sales reps and a sales analyst. You enjoy working both on a strategic level as well as being operational. Due to the fast growth of the company, the position is expected to change over time with interesting tasks and new opportunities for the right candidate.

What we are looking for – Sales leader with drive and SaaS-experience

Holdbar is looking for a sales leader with a proven track record. You have shown exceptional sales results and, equally important, you have shown, that you can build a sales team and a scalable sales model that works in real life. You can find the right people for your team and help them succeed. You have experience from companies with high growth focusing on SaaS or subscription-based business models.

As a person you are energetic, inspirational, structured, professional and focusing on delivering results in a dynamic environment.
