As a maternity cover for our course administrator in the HR Development team, you will work primarily with different administrative, planning and communicative tasks related to all courses in MAN ES regarding internal and external stakeholders and trainers. You will have an important and active role in the whole course process from the planning to the execution and documentation.

The HR team’s tasks range widely from recruitment and onboarding to organizational changes and development. From being the leader’s support to securing payrolls on time.
In the HR team, we are around 25 colleagues who work in four different departments: Talent Acquisition, Business Partnership, Well-being & Development, and Compensation & Benefit. You will be an active and important part of the entire HR team. In the role of Course Administrator you will join the development team consisting of two employees and a student, who handle all tasks and communication regarding courses at MAN ES including the annual employee survey interviews.
